This place has a fresh new look and is well-lit, making it inviting. The staff here is super friendly 💁‍♂️. The food served is scrumptious and fabulous. It's a top choice when looking for a place to stay around here.

Breakfast was good, clean area with some healthy choices for food items

We were put in a smoking room. They would not change rooms as we were told the hotel was booked. I had reserved the room 4 weeks in advance. I am not sure weather or not it was identified “smoking” at booking. The room reeked of smoke.

Convenient hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed the very efficient staff and new-fashioned room. The breakfast was above average - plenty of dishes. The location was amazing, in the Southeastern Kentucky mountains.

People smoking near their room and main entrance to hotel. Smoking should be banned withing 50 feet of all doors and hallways. The stink of tobacco ruins the comfort of the place, one can smell tobacco as soon as you step out of your room.

The hotel is charming and in a marvelous location near Waffle House. The room was brand-new, pet-friendly, and had a fantastic view of the mountain. The breakfast was excellent, and the room amenities included a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk.

Charming hotel, staff were knowledgeable and the location was favourable near area attractions. I've booked a double room with a king bed and everything was great! Location: the venue was just off Best Western Corbin for all future boat trips and local sites and attractions and food restaurants and gas stations.

We stayed in a budget-friendly hotel in the Southeastern Kentucky mountains. It was close to various attractions and nestled in a remote area with other competing hotels. Notably, there were some local restaurants nearby, so we didn't have to travel far for food. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough water pressure in the shower. The staff provided excellent service, checking in to ensure our satisfaction and offering assistance if needed. Additionally, the breakfast options were plentiful, making for a convenient start to the day.

The pool was not heated to our liking.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very efficient & qualified. I booked a well priced room complete with the hard water, a personal note and the carpet upstairs. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator worked well.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Corbin for a concert. The location was great, just a short distance from the Arena. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially to my kids. They made extra bacon for them at breakfast! The beds were cozy, the water was hot, and the shower pressure was amazing. a clean room and a comfortable stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and I loved the nice refrigerator/freezer and microwave provided. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to some local restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were incredibly sweet and helpful, especially when they provided us with extra toiletries that we had forgotten.
